CAn we just creat two buttons ...one for open many files onto the host and one to close many files from the host ...

Since two many files, this is the pain when click manually each files

Assuming that you mean to open and close the files on the client machine. You can create some scripts which are nothing more than a series of Open File or Close File commands.

If you are not already using FM Server, do so. The limit for Server version is 125 files. If you have exceeded this limit, consider adding another FM Server machine. I have one client with a solution that requires 5 FM Servers. Opening and closing files on FM Server is not the best of approaches.
