Server error under windows XP

I have a problem when connecting to my own cdml

webpage under windowsxp. When i type my ip in to connect to the html wich is in my WEB folder with the .fp5 file, i get a server error. Somebody told me that XP has another aproach to sercuirty.

Can anybody help me with this problem.
