In my DB, in list view, I would like to add a field in the header that would the record i selected in the line items appear bigger (for telephone number for instance)

Is it possible ? The fields in list view are "No Allow Entry". We can edit them only in Form. I tried using the fields of the line items as a button, but it doesn't work.

If you just place the field in the header part (in Layout mode) it will display data from the current record in Browse mode.

i Must Say I have a color background in my header. I placed the field background.

When I click in the list the "telephone" field, the field in the header appears 1/100 second only and go background.

You might be placing it behind an object or have the field set to a color that blends with the background. Select the field in layout mode and "bring to front".
