spam33 Posted January 23, 2003 Posted January 23, 2003 I have a FM database with around 200 entries. I have set up a letter in Office XP and connected to the FM files using ODBC. The problem is that I only want to generate letters on about 50 of the entries (based upon the entry of one particular field). For some reason, Office will generate letters from 200. How can I set this up so I can filter out the other files? Thanks. Cameron...
jfmcel Posted January 24, 2003 Posted January 24, 2003 Do a find for the files you would like to merge and then export the fields you need as a Merge file. Use this merge file for generating your mail merge.
