I'm using FM Pro 5.5

I want to display the value of a field in a dialog box (like the Show Message) and ask for confirmation? if the user selects "Yes" then i want to prompt him to enter a value also in a dialog box ?

Can anyone tell me how to do this ? How can i display the value of a field in a dialog box ?

As far as I know it cannot be done.. unless.....you pick up a plugin called troi dialog which will let you do this from http://www.troi.com or just upgrade to FM6.0 which now has this function built in

One way is to make a layout the looks like dailog for the user to enter. Not the best, but will work if needed.
