A Puzzler - Syntac Error

Featured Replies

Each of my clients has their own web page through FileMaker. This is where they place new orders. When they place an order they are taken to a redirect page where mail is sent to them and me confirming the new order. At the redirect page is where one of my clients is getting this error message:

"Microsoft Internet Explorer

Bad Request

The server could not process your request due to a syntax error."

He is on Windows and is using IE 6. Another client is also on Windows with IE 6 and he has no problems.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is there something in my mail redirect that could be causing the error message for just one client and not others?

Got me scratching my head! confused.gif

Thanks in advance for your help - Sam

Check for Spaces in the redirect URL. This could cause problems with some combinations.

Good Luck.

Thanks Gary,

Spaces is the first thing I checked and there are none. Any other thoughts?
