fm 6 to excel for graphs

Featured Replies

hi All,

i need to create graphs from infromation gathered within an fm pro 6 db. and was thinking of exporting the informationin to an excel file as this seems the easiest and cheapest method.

The way i was thinking was to export the info from a script in to the source fields within excel. this would then create the graph - i think!!

I was wondering if anyone has done this successfully.

Any advice on this would be appreciated

Thanks in advance,

ricardo

What type of graph do you want? There is a way to create what appears to be a bar graph within FMP (you can even create Gantt charts!), and there are plug-ins which create pie charts as well.

Check Troi plug-ins; they may have something.

Waves in Motion has a charting plugin. www.wmotion.com
