Does filemaker undersatnd any spesific information about any hardware of the computer. (for example harddisk number)

I want to protect of my files to copy.

Filemaker does not understand anything about your hard drive. You can get a free plugin from http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Network/9327/index.html . Look for the Crypto plugin that will return the C: drive serial # and encrypt the result. Beyond this you will have to write Filemaker scripts to protect your solution.
