Console icons do nothing

I have Filemaker server running on an older mac and our office moved to windows machines last year. I am trying to move my filemaker server 5.0 to a windows 2000 machine and I have installed it but when I click on the icons in the control console nothing happens!!! I have created a folder in the filemaker server folder and put a database in it but I am not able to open that file on the server.

Any ideas? Please help!!

All multiuser files will open automatically when the W2k machine starts.

I have the same problem.

My problem was that I upgraded Internet Explorer to v5.5

For some resaon the console is not compatible with this version.

I think it is a dll-related problem.

BUT! I can reach all the functions with the "Properties"-key i nthe list above the console.
