short list first, if more then one item found

I have a simple company file. Currently searching on company name a list all people under that company be returned. What I would like is if the search finds more then one company then first list the companies and then click that company to expand the list to see all employees.

Note there are not relationships. The db is: FirstName, LastName, CompanyName

You can use "-lop=OR" to search on more than one company.

You can use some Javascript to create the summary and the expansion.
