Hello People!

I was wondering if any of you had the simmilar problem.

I have 100+ record in excel:

PO,Date,Name,Qty,Amount,LocationName

[no,date,txt,no,no,txt]

and import works just fine and fields get populated but when I try to pull some data on web all of the unstored calcualtions get messed up and wrong ....

is there a "known" issue with Excel--> FM with a field structure/type...anything that I could have overlooked

Once data end up in FM fields they should work properly, in the same way directly entered data would do, whatever their original source

Try running an import and check the imported data

Should you have problems related to the differnces in data type/structure with Excel I'd use an intermediate file performing the import, massaging the data and finally transferring the data to the "real" file

thanx for the tip...I will try a "2nd level" import and clean up the intermediate data....I must be overlooking a chracter or something!
