I downloaded this zip file. I sure would like to be able to see the example pictures that go alone with the tutorial. The website is no longer there. Any clue were it may have went?

I had the same problem, then I noticed the date of the original post - 2003!

I was able to download the article, and there is a second post by this member at the same time, which I was also able to download.
