Please help,

I am trying to create a dynamic web-page for work using CDML and am a newbie. I have a html "home page" that has a link to the Format file (html/cdml tags) which I am trying to build. I want the format file to allow for group access priveldges (something I was told instant web-publishing does not allow). Is there anyone out there who can give me some pointers as to where to begin? Prehaps a quick sample page of CDML/HTML that allows for the use of groups? Thank you for any help.
