Can someone please explain what I do wrong!

I have a FM Pro 5 database with six fields. I import data from Excellsheets and there can be doubles in them. My thought was to use the option "Update matching records and add new records" in the FM Importfunction and set the match one three fields which should capture the doubles and update the record if the three fields alla matched and then add all the rest.
