For doing updates for a database system I have made, I use import from FileMaker file using matched fields and adding remaining.

That problem is, say I want to import my customer database (17,000+ records) which takes a long time considering there might be 10-20 new records since the last import. So it takes 10 minutes it import.

I want to try and speed this up. An idea i have is make a last modified field to field by then import the found set.

Anyone got a better idea?

Apparently not. Find date modified sounds like the plan. cool.gif
