different layouts access with different servers

I was wondering if filemaker will allow different servers to host different layouts of the same file such that layout#1 on server1 has "read-only" access, layout#2 on server2 has "read/write" access, etc. ? I would like the different layouts hosted on our company's intranet. Is this possible and if so how?

The reason is so we would have one file with different layouts served over the intranet each with varying access rights. Thanks in advance for any help.
