Radio Button Alignments

Featured Replies

I have a field where you make value list selections with radio buttons.

When you click in the field these radio button options are presented horizontally on the layout. If my text (per radio button) has too many characters I have to scroll to the right to see all my choices.

Is there a way to format this list so that the buttons are on the left and the list presents itself as a vertical column rather than a horizontal row?

Thank you for sharing my pain.

Here's a little used technique that I saw somewhere, but don't remember where:

Put each choice in its own value list, but use the same underlying field for the answer. This way, you can move the button/field combination wherever you want: vertical, horizontal. And of course, you can control the spacing between the fields.

HTH, Steve
