How I can write in a text the qoute ascII simbol without filemaker don

i just want -in general- to write ascII simbols into a chain of string without filemaker tells me that I can

3 quotes - your text -3 quotes. ---->I want to say "Hello" to you....

Absolutely not related to the topic, but just thought someone who is stucked with quotes probably also is with apostrophes...
