I'm not sure I fully understand. Are you saying when you import data from Excel, each record generates a new serial number in an auto-enter serial field? If so the best way round this is to create a separte field for your imported serial number. So you effectively have two, one that relates to your filemaker file and one that preserves the original invoice number. But maybe I miss understand what your problem is, so please could you explain in a bit more detail and possibly give an example.

I need to find a way to put 563 itens in a list or checkbox and somehow select itens and send then to a report. Only itens selected. This help?

The first thing would be to determine what you're calling an Inventory ? Is it a Product File or an Inventory (Count) File
