How can I make only selected itens with radio buttons copy to a report?

Do you mean you have a field with radio buttons "Red" and "Green" and you want a report of only Green? Just do a Find for Green. And what do you mean by "copy to a report" -- you mean create a report in FileMaker, or exporting the data, or actually copying (and pasting where)?

I have a popup list with 563 itens and need to find a way to select and send only selected itens to a report layout.

OK, I'm trying to translate this into FileMaker -- correct me if I'm wrong:

-- by "select," you mean Find

One way to do this is to have a script that goes into Find mode, and goes to a layout with your popup field on it, then Pauses the script. The layout would also have a button for "New Request."

The user could select from the popup, then click "New Req." and select another item etc.

Then they would click a "Continue" or "Find" button. This would then Perform Find, and depending on the result, go to a report layout or not. Does that make sense?
