Hello,

I have two different fields, Store QCM and Store RTS. They both contain store numbers from different files. I need to combine the fields or make on field that has both values so I can report the data. Like Store QCM or Store RTS = new field.I cannot figure out the calculation. Please help.

A new Calculation field would do this.

all you need is something like this for your calculation =

Store QCM & Store RTS

For caution's sake, I would add a & " " & or & "_" & between the field names, if you plan on indexing them.

Right you are Queue, and it also makes the resulting calculation easier to read.

The modified calculation should look like:

Store QCM & " " & Store RTS

Note that there is a space between the ""
