Please take a look at the final product

I have to meet with some people downtown about this program. I wanted you experts to look at it and give me any suggestions for improvement. Here is what it will be doing.

1. Program will be on the teacher's desktop. This replaces the paper form of the referral.

2. The teacher will be able to fill everything out and send an instant message to the administrator.

3. The administrator will do everything on-line and give a final printout to the student.

4. The teacher will be able to check and see what the consequence the student receives.

Question: I know there is a plug-in I can use for instant messages. But could I not use the network messaging? I think downtown would like that better. Anyway here is the program. Any suggestions would be great.
