Javascript: Database not found

Hello

I'm trying to web publish a specific layout of a database served in our office via FMPServer 5.5.

In order to do this I have created a separate database (with just the fields I want published) called webpublish.fp5 which is served vis FMPServer.

I also have a copy of FileMaker on our web server which opens the file webpublish.fp5 remotely and (in theory) serves it for the web via web companion.

However, when I go the relevant browser address, the database is listed but when I try to open it (by clicking on the link in the Instant Web Publishing page) it returns the following error:

"Javascript: Database not open .. unable to process your request because the database webpublish.fp5 is not open"

I'm baffled .. the database is open, web companion is turned on .. could anyone please give me a pointer as to where I might be going wrong?

Thank you

Simon

Oops .. I've managed to work out my problem .. web publishing was calling on the web security database .. and there wasn't a relevant entry for the database being opened.

At least it goes to show that web security works ..
