Hi,

I'd like to use a field to store Modifier name, keeping a list of the last 5 users who have changed a record. I have tried to use a repeating field, but cant figure out how to move the entries along - ie from one repeating field box to the next - each time a new modification is mode. At the moment, each time a Modifier Name is changed, it overwrites the first entry in the repeating field.

Any help on this - including if there is a better approach to keep a history of who changed a record - gratefully received.

Hi Dave,

I have looked at several Audit or Field Modification trackers and I can't remember any that use Repeating Fields. You probably already know about these files, but this is a list of the files that I have looked at. Perhaps one of these will fit your needs better.

Hi,

Why would you like to store this data in Repeating Fields ?

You may play with some Insert Repeat trick (check the Sample Section) so that to update your list as needed.
