I am responsible for a system that is being used in a call center. We are using FileMaker 5.5 and windows 2000.

I have a script that has to show a message to all users logged on the calling center. For this this message to be sent to all users, I

just have a liitle wsh script issue a doFMScript event every 2 minutes ...

And don't use a show message box (as this interrupts any FileMaker action), use a Notification Layout, preferably in another file...
