It seems as if it's ignoring the process for my Windows created FM files.

Please help. What do I need to do to make these files visible over the server?

Open them in FMP, then close them and try hosting them again. Very often it's a bit of corruption

The files are set to multiuser, and not single user or "multiuser (hidden)" aren't they?

It is also possible that, since they were created on Windows, the Creator type is unknown. Macintosh OS uses a file attribute called a creator type to identiry what kind of file it is. Windows OS uses the file extension.

Just launch a normal copy of Filemaker Pro, and open the files. Then close Filemaker Pro and it should have reset the creator type.

Now you should be able to open them in Filemaker Server as well as see them over the network.
