ML2008
What I am looking for is to have the file stored remotely, not necessarely to have it hosted on the web! Can fp7 files be opened locally from a remote location?

Steven H. Blackwell
Do not try remotely to access a FIleMAker Pro 7 file in this manner. You likley will damage it if you do. FileMaker Pro 7 supports limited peer to peer sharing by having the file open as a host on either MAc OS X, Windows XP, or Windows 2000.
