Pop Up Text For Buttons ???

Is there a way in FM7 to make a small text box/balloon pop up when a user rolls the mouse pointer over a button without actually having to click the button ?

Wow...these plug-ins are great. Thanks.

Be careful with this plugin. I believe it has a bug which 24USoftware does not believe happens. I have seen it multiple times, and it goes like this: Ocassionally, (and probably on complicated layouts with portals), popup help from a previous layout seems to be active...if you cursor over a hot field from a previous layout the help text appears. I've gotten around the problem by scripting layout navigation and removing the help tags within the script, but its a real pain. The other problem is that the help tags only work in the 1st row of a portal, and there doesn't seem to be a good work for this.

This is clearly something FMI should have had the brains to implement in V 7, but as we know, they have their heads buried so far up their collective butts that we are stuck with a barely adequate solution.
