My "Define Relationship" button is greyed out and I can't access it (I can't access a few other things as well - ie Scriptmaker) - is the file locked? If so, how do I go about unlocking it and viewing my relationships?

It sounds as if you've either opened a read-only file or you have opened it with a default password that is lower than the administrator one.
