learning
In version 6 I have a file set up in layout mode that is view 1 page at a time. If I browse it, I see one page at a time. If I look at it in preview mode, I see a page between 1 and 2 that is a partially formated (some of lines, but no data) If I print all pages this page prints. If I print and select page 1 or page 3 it does not print. If I browse all pages, I do not see a page between 1 and 2. I have tried entering more data for up to 5 pages and then deleting pages 1 to 3, but it stills shows(the partially formated page) when I print, or look at it in preview mode. How can I get rid of it??? Thanks Learning FileMaker Version:
-Queue-
It sounds as if your layout may be too tall to fit on one page. In Layout Mode, View -> Page Margins and adjust the height of the body so it does not exceed the heavier black horizontal dotted line.
yafreax
Actually, if that was the case, wouldn't it print a 4th page as well?... If indeed it is printing an extra page for every record, then that more than likely is your problem... Test it on another machine if you have another with FM available... if not and the data is not sensitive data (or a sensitive database scheme, for that matter), attach it and maybe someone will see the problem. Ender
Check the settings for each Part on the layout. Make sure you don't have "Page break before each occurance" or "Page break after every X occurance" checked.
