Current Date Field Does not Change on Reports

Featured Replies

Hey Everyone....

I have a simple (yet I have no Idea) problem... I have a current date field <<Current Date>>...In all of my reports...But when I go to print them or even view them the date is not the current date...I have tried to refresh with a script that does not work...but when I go to define fields and look at it then go back evrything is correct for that day...but then again it will not change the next day....HELP

I believe you may want, from your drop down menu: Insert, Date Symbol. That should show the current date whenever the report is run or printed. While in layout mode, click on the spot on your layout where you want the date inserted.

Thanks but will that work in a paragraph format...I was using <<Current Date>> so you are saying use <<>>:

If Current Date is a calculation field of Status(CurrentDate), make sure it is unstored in the storage options. Otherwise, you can use by itself. Note that <<>> has no meaning unless you have a field called . So, for example, you would use "Today is ." in your text block.
