tripdragon
I have a grand total for each customers order for each record. But now I want to also have a Supreme grand total of all of the totals in every record add up into this supreme total. is this possible ? Does it involve the summary parts ? I can not make heads or tails of the summary parts and if anything that they do.
Ender
Assuming you are using sub-summaries to summarize your other totals, put the summary Total field on a Grand Summary part too.

Like I said I am not to intouch with how or what a summary part does. But I am learning ... Here is a file , the grand total I tried to make the "all" compute the total order but it will not pull all of them apo.zip
Ender
Change your "all" field to a Summary field (Total of Order Total). This summary field will then show a total for all records in the found set.
