simoncpage Posted May 15, 2004 Posted May 15, 2004 Hi, Currenly the database I' working on has about 10,000 companies and 20,000 people. I am trying to work out a script for reducing each one to 5,000 so that I can sync to a pocket pc. 1. I was originally thinking of doing a script which will sort the last modified 5,000 record but what I really want is the last 5,000 accessed files? Any ideas on this - I dont have a field "last accessed" and how would you add one of these? Ideally i would want the found set to find first the last accessed files (which will be less than 5000 until this functionality has been running a while) then do a record count on this and if it is less than 5,000 add in the rest with last modified Any help would be great!
