I am new to Filemaker so hopefully I can explain this:

We have setup a RAIC for use on the our Intranet. Running Filemaker Server and IIS on one machine and Filemaker Unlimited 6 on 3 others.

Everything seems to be working fine, load sharing and most transactions, however we are having one problem in one transaction. When editing a record and adding some comments, the user then clicks the submit button and we get 3 duplicate records inserted into that one table.

Some users are reporting that they recieve an Error 4 on the transaction. But it appears Filemaker is still inserting the data into the table even if the error appears. It uses the same format as other edits etc that are used and we have no problems with them.

I am not sure what other details I need to post so let me know what else I can post to help solve this. We cut down the number of spare machines to 1 and then recieved 2 duplicate records.

Can we see the CDML/HTML for the submission of that Form?
