I was wondering how it is possible to synchronise a local copy (single user) version on a desktop with a server one. (plug-in??)

(Ideally what I am looking to do is to click from the current database open a local version which is then synchronised and sorted which I can then activesync with pocket pc)

Sure, you can create scripts that open the files and loop through the records to compare them. I would use the modified/created date & time to narrow it down. The hard part is coming up with the symch rules: what if the same record/same field was changed in both locations - who wins?
