I've attached a file. I am trying to compare two text fields which, as far as I can tell are identical. I even ran Trim() through both fields. But the following number calculation says they are not equal. crazy.gif

Case(Company = Contact; 1)

I even tried: Case(Company notequal.gif Contact; "Not Equal") and it says 'Not Equal' on every one. I know I'm very tired but, for the life of me, I can't see why it doesn't produce 1 on 98% of them. It is driving me nuts. Any ideas please?
