Curious if AppleScript could handle this from FileMaker.

What I'd like to do is to open a Chat with one default adress by a single click.

If this first step is possible, how about automatically entering into the message box a previously stored message in a global.

Using either IChat, Msn or ICQ, on a single solution I'm developing for a MacOS Panther user.

I'm looking for a way to do this too, and on my way searching for how to do this, I found out how to do this with Skype. Just make Filemaker send the URL: callto://<skypename>
