Many of you will of seen the java web pages that let text scroll in a region.

Is there a way to do this in filemaker? maybe with a button beside the text box that you wish to scroll through?

Any ideas?

I might be misunderstanding you but by going to "format>>>field format" and checking scroll field, will that do what you are after?

I have a field which has a large amount of text in and its not possible to make the text box large enough to read it all. Therefore I want a script that will roll the text up on the click of a button....

the scroll bar is really pratical for use and I was hoping to have a set that does this so that once the user navigates to a certain layout it kicks in and catches the eyes!!
