September 9, 200421 yr Hi, Is it natively possible ? I'm playing a bit with it. I can have it slide, but not in the background. You know as a Mac OSX drawer...
September 9, 200421 yr Hi Ugo, to move a window you must first focus on it. It will momentarily pop to the foreground but you can change focus to your other window to force it behind again, something like: Move/Resize Window [ Name: "Search"; Left: 2 ] Select Window [ Name: "YourOriginalWindow" ] I have found no way of accomplishing this without it being apparent to Users; as they will see the momentary flash of it but it isn't problematic. You could also minimize it by adding an Adjust Window [ Minimize ] first ... but the effect will still be noticed. I have no experience with Mac, however. I wonder why you would want to do this though. Unless you are considering two windows side-by-side or simply repositioning two smaller windows? Otherwise, I would wait until you want the 'slidden' window on top again to perform this action. Regardless, I believe that window will be brought to the front even if only for a moment.
September 9, 200421 yr Author Hi, No projected use at the moment, it just goes in my day-to-day learning curve experiments on v7..: I was playing with Mail and its MailBoxes drawer, and then suddenly had this dumb epiphany. A set of buttons in a sliding drawer in a new sliding window. And sometimes, I like to ask a question...: Thanks for your answer
