Can data be transferred from a desktop FM application to an online form with multiple fields?

Try the Troi URL plugin...

You can use the "OpenURL" Script step to send "GET" data to a server instead of filling-in the fields in a Form in a Browser.

If do want to fill-in the fields in a Form, displayed in a Browser, you can use a combination of Applescript and Javascript.
