Hello

I have a value list and I have a question about it's use.

It has numbers on it 1, 2,3,4, all the way to 200

If I select a value on it with check boxes. I would like that value to be transferred to another field called

"Assignment" - Is that possible to do in any way.

Thanks

Thanks Lee but would that work with multiple selections of the value list.

I might have 1,3,7,20,44,69, selected but WHEN i actually select it I would like it to transfer that exact data to another field. So If I clicked on the check box for 83 - It would then transfer 83 ONLY to a field in that record , The field where the value list resides with the check box is a Global Field. thanks

The last selected option will be at the bottom of the field if you format it as a normal edit box. So Substitute( RightValues( field, 1 ), "

I said that it was a variation of what I use. This one does a sort and list the items in one line as they appear in the boxes, not as they were selected.

That works fine. I would like to see if there is a way to change the color of the font of the item in the value list that is selected as well. I know that is a stretch but is that possible.?

If my last number checked in the value list is 45 and its present color on this list is blue, I would like to change it too red when it is selected but leave the others in the value list blue.

I would really like to be able to do this.

Here goes
