Slobey Posted September 16, 2004 Posted September 16, 2004 Hi, I was told that there is a way to bind plug-ins to your stand alone runtime solution but do not know how. Can someone help me? I assume that with a commercial plug-in, there are licensing considerations for a packaged solutions as well. Thanks in advance
QuinTech Posted September 16, 2004 Posted September 16, 2004 Hi, Slobey. AFAIK, all you have to do is include the fmx (plugin) file in the System directory when you distribute the runtime. You are right about the licensing considerations, though. Contact the vendor to see how they handle that. HTH, Jerry
SteveB Posted September 16, 2004 Posted September 16, 2004 As Jerry says, place the plugin in the solution's system folder. Most plugin developers will give you a developer's license registration # that you pass to the plugin on startup. Steve
