Custom messages for privilege set restrictions?

When you deny an action to a privilege set (such as non supervisors can not modify a record whose status field is "submitted") and the user attempts to perform the action, FM shows their generic message "Your access privileges do not allow you to perform this action."

Is there any way I can put up a custom message when this happens, so I dont have a bunch of users wondering what it means....I would rather show a message saying "You can not modify a submitted record." or something like that.
