This is one that is subject to a little interpretation. If you said years and days it would be definite. For instance: what is the answer in years and months from 5/31/99 to 6/15/99. Is it 1 year and 0 months, 1 year and 0.5 months or 1 year and 1 month? A little more information is needed to give you a usable answer! -bd

I would be happy to round down to complete months. In the example above I would like it to appear as 1 year and 0 months until the second date >= 31st. (in your example you have both dates in '99 and I am making the asumption that the first should read 5/31/98)
