But I recently tried to have the same text added automatically to certain fields - defining it for each field - but the text doesn't show up. Any suggestions to fix this? -Queue- Posted December 16, 2004 Share Posted December 16, 2004 Auto-enter calculations and data only evaluate when a record is created. If you add the auto-enter after a record is created, it will not automatically populate. You would have to Replace or run a Set Field loop on the existing records to populate the field.
