When I print out my invoices they look great, however when I fax them to customers they look messy, like wrong font or something. They are hard to read. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm using Arial 10 without Bold. Like I said they look great when I print them, its just every person recieving a fax from me must think: Not very Professional.

I use larger font sizes and bold when faxing, definately helps.

Another thought is whether the dithering is set or not, if your software supports.
