January 18, 200520 yr Before I go out and buy FM developer.... If i make a runtime app & use kiosk mode to get rid of all menus, does that prevent a user that owns a copy of filemaker from working with my app & seeing all the menus etc.?? thanks Dan
January 18, 200520 yr Yes, if you password protect Admin. There is, also, the option of "No Return"--you can remove full access privileges from the bound databases.
January 19, 200520 yr Author thanks for the info. By "no return" i imagine that you mean that if i remove the full access i will never be able to do small changes to the database. I would have to have the "original" do my changes there and make another runtime from that one. Correct?? Thanks Dan
