I know this is a simple thing to do ,but I cant figure it out. I have a flat database (1 table) i'm using a pop-up list to pull names from. I would like to be able to choose a name from this list & also have an auto enter phone number in the phone field for that person. Can you tell me how to do this?

Maby it's not so easy..

You should have at least two tables: Customer and Activity. Details on the customer are in the Customer table; each activity of a customer is in the Activity table. Customer and Activity are linked by CustomerID. You can put the Customer phone field on the layout of the Activity file, so that when you choose the customer, his/her phone number will automatically display.
