Hello. I would like to export Field labels, along with the Field contents (data). How do I do this?

With FileMaker open,

Open the Online Help. Type or paste into the "Index" box

[color:"blue"]file formats, About file formats

Then hit the "Display" button at the bottom.

This will bring up a second window that has all of the different file formats that FileMaker can interact with.

The [color:"blue"]Merge format is only one of them that will export the Field Names. You should take some time, and experiment with the different File Formats to see what they can and can't do, as it will be helpful to you in the future.

Also, if you were to do a search of "[color:"red"]All Forums"

using the "[color:"red"]Keywords" of

[color:"red"]+export +field +names (be sure to use the plus sign as I have)

and remove the "[color:"red"]1" in "[color:"red"]Weeks"

and it will return [color:"red"]200 hits, the maximum.
