Importing from HyperCard

I am looking for a way to import HyperCard records -- anybody know how to do this?

If I remember right (and it has been a loooong time since I used HyperCard) you can export from HyperCard to either tab-delimited or comma-delimited format. You can then import this into FileMaker.
